The “Basic Telecommunications Principles” course discusses the fundamentals of telecommunication.
Subjects covered include: analogue and digital signals and the impairments that affect them, basic data communications; synchronous and asynchronous transmission; principles and applications of modulation techniques and multiplexing; principles of packet switching.
